1:1 SINGING SESSIONS
Sessions focus on ways to relax,
simple vocal techniques,
freeing the breath to free the voice,
and singing with the whole body
Over the years, I've researched, devised and delivered sessions in a number of settings including school classrooms, opera education departments, children's theatre companies, and baby and toddler groups as a Monkey Music teacher.
Each singing session responds to the person's unique interests, strengths and skills and draw on a mixture of
classical singing techniques
breathing exercises
freeing primal sound / natural sound
emotional freedom technique (EFT)
yoga
mindfulness
Singing sessions with me help to
create a wider vocal range,
confidence in expressing,
playfulness in communication
and offer a sense of rest
and centering throughout the body

What to expect in a session?
There will be an initial conversation at the beginning of each session to set an intention, meet your needs, answer questions and settle into using the voice more confidently.
